Welcome to www.djamproductions.com (the “Site”), a website operated by A.M. Productions, LLC (“Company,” “us,” “our,” and “we”). We provide the Site and the services provided through the Site (the Site and services will be collectively referred to as the “Services”).

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you accept this Agreement and represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, do not access and/or use the Services. You may not access or use the Services if you are under 18 years old.


1. Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of our website, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.


2. Service Bookings & Payment Terms

A. Booking Policy

  1. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the event.
  2. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.
  3. Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation. Any changes to services must be approved in writing.

B. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made within three (3) days of booking are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
  2. Cancellations made after three (3) days of booking are non-refundable.
  3. Cancellations made within 190 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
  4. Clients may reschedule their event subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

C. Force Majeure

A.M. Productions is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event, but refunds will not be issued.


3. Venue & Equipment Responsibilities

  1. The client must ensure the venue has adequate power supply, space, and accessibility for DJ equipment setup.
  2. The client is responsible for any damage to DJ equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or attendees.
  3. If a venue imposes restrictions that prevent our services from being delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. Performance & Event Policies

  1. Late Arrivals: If the client arrives late to the event, the DJ is not obligated to extend performance time.
  2. Event Delays: If the event is delayed by more than 30 minutes due to client or venue issues, an additional fee may apply.
  3. DJ Substitutions: If the scheduled DJ is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute DJ.

5. Media Release & Social Media Usage

By booking A.M. Productions, the client grants permission for photography, video, and audio recordings of the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If the client does not wish to have their event recorded, they must notify us in writing before the event.


6. Messaging Terms & Conditions

  1. Types of Messages: Users may receive promotional and informational messages related to our services, events, and special offers. Messages may be sent weekly.
  2. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
  3. Opting Out: To stop receiving messages, text STOP to [shortcode].
  4. Help & Support: For assistance, text HELP to [shortcode] or contact us at reservations@djamproductions.com.
  5. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Liability Limitations

  1. A.M. Productions is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.
  2. We are not responsible for technical failures, power outages, or venue-related issues beyond our control.
  3. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
  3. If arbitration is not applicable, disputes must be brought in small claims court in Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
